Production
Production begins after your order and personalization details have been received. The time required varies by product and design.
Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and the product ordered. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our production partners. If you order different products, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will email it to the address used at checkout after dispatch. Carrier updates can take a short time to appear after the shipping label is created.
Delays and address changes
Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or dispatch. Customs processing, peak seasons, weather, and carrier disruption can sometimes cause delays outside our control.
