How do I personalize my jewelry?
Choose the available finish and personalization options on the product page, then enter the name or text exactly as you want it to appear. Review the spelling and capitalization carefully before saving your design and adding it to your cart.
Can I include more than one name?
Each personalized product shows its own name fields and character limits. Enter names exactly as you want them engraved.
Can I change or cancel my personalization?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and the requested change. Personalized production can begin quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production has started.
Where is my order shipped from?
Personalized products are made and shipped directly by our production and fulfillment partners. If an order contains different products, they may arrive in separate packages.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the product, production time, destination, and carrier. Any estimate shown at checkout includes the information available at that time. We will send tracking details when your order is dispatched and tracking is available.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized pieces are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned for a change of mind once production has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos.
How should I care for plated jewelry?
Keep it dry and away from perfume, lotions, household chemicals, chlorine, and salt water. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth and store it separately in a dry place.
